Kentucky’s Credit Unions Launch New Relationship Rewards ProgramFor Immediate Release on February 27, 2024: LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY – Kentucky’s Credit Unions is pleased to announce the launch of its new, innovative rebate program, Relationship Rewards, aimed at rewarding credit unions for doing business with participating league service partners. The new rewards program offers an opportunity for credit unions in Kentucky to earn a cashback rebate on their service partner contracts. This initiative reflects Kentucky’s Credit Unions’ commitment to providing added value and appreciation to its credit unions. Jenna Dye, Vice President of Revenue at Thoroughbred Business Services, the service corporation of Kentucky’s Credit Unions, expressed enthusiasm about the launch of Relationship Rewards, stating, "We're really excited to introduce Relationship Rewards to our member credit unions. This new program shows how dedicated we are to making sure our members get the best benefits possible. We're committed to giving our credit union partners unmatched value." Participation in Relationship Rewards is limited to service partners that share a portion of their revenue with Kentucky’s Credit Unions. Rebates will vary from partner to partner depending on their level of support through the tiered Relationship Rewards program and any special terms or conditions that may apply to the service partner specifically. Rebates will accrue over the course of a year and be paid out the following year in the form of a single check. On January 26, 2024, the League Board of Directors officially approved the rebrand to "Kentucky’s Credit Unions," in line with their mission to promote unity and provide outstanding service to credit unions throughout the state. This rebrand follows the merger of the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and the National Association of Federal-Insured Credit Unions into America’s Credit Unions. “I am excited to be a part of this movement as we reveal our new name of Kentucky’s Credit Unions,” said Heather Walter, CEO of Advanz Credit Union and Chair of League Board Directors. “This rebranding more accurately reflects the collaboration and spirit that is encompassed in all credit unions across the Commonwealth.
