Annual Meeting Exhibitor Information

We hope you will join us on August 13-15 at The Galt House in Louisville, KY for VISION 2025 - the Annual Meeting & Convention of Kentucky's Credit Unions. This event offers your company an affordable and effective means of reaching both current and potential credit union clients. You will have a great opportunity to showcase your products and services to credit union professionals throughout Kentucky.

VISION is not your typical trade show. To guarantee great exposure and traffic, the Exhibit Hall is the focal point of the event. All meals and door prize drawings are located here, so attendee traffic during exhibit hall hours is guaranteed!

Participating in VISION 2025 offers a cost-effective way to connect with credit unions across the state. You are encouraged to bring your company’s latest products and services to our Exhibit Hall and we invite you to network with our attendees throughout the convention.
 
Booths are available on a first-come-first-serve basis so reserve early!

*Ticketed event.  Requires advanced purchase and registration.

Hotel Reservations
You must be a registered exhibitor to reserve rooms under the KCUL block. Reservations fill up quickly by the meeting attendees. Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel room charges including “no show” charges, as well as any other charges not included in the exhibitor fee.

Exhibit Registration Fees
Booth registration fee is:

EARLY BIRD PRICING - $2,099 (Reg. $2,299) - Includes two booth representatives, an 8’ x 10’ standard booth, a 7" x 44" identification sign, a six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.  Offer expires January 31, 2025.

Booths are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Additional booth representatives are $200 per person. 

Booth registration fee increases to $2,499 if registered AFTER June 30, 2025.

Additionally:

  • Company name will be displayed on our website.
  • Company name and information will be printed in the conference book.
  • Regular Exhibitor registration fee includes meals for TWO representatives.

Installation & Dismantling
Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit Hall and may set up their booth at a time 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Exhibitors may dismantle at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2025. (No dismantling or packing may begin prior to 5:00 p.m. on August 14th unless otherwise instructed by Exhibit Hall Management.)

Attendee Lists
A list of attendees will be provided to each exhibitor at least one week prior to the event.
